Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Help Desk Support Specialist (Hybrid) to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the timely resolution of IT issues and a positive support experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver first-line technical support for software and desktop-related issues, responding to user requests in a timely manner.
Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access rights using Active Directory.
Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Provide desktop support, including system setup, configuration, and basic hardware/software installation.
Track, update, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow to ensure issues are properly documented and closed on time.
Communicate clearly with users to understand issues and guide them through solutions.
Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation of support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and known solutions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
Strong skills in software troubleshooting and desktop support.
Hands-on experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, etc.).
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and IT best practices.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
