Full Job Description

Part-Time Position: This job requires troubleshooting and managing a network of approximately 350 Windows PCs, 450 Chromebooks, and 100 iPads, all connected via an HP backbone. It would also include summer hours preparing computers for the new school year, which could possibly include tasks such as re-imaging, cleaning, software installation, inventory update, and distribution. This individual will work with MFP devices to troubleshoot and restore them to operational status, and set up and maintain the VoIP phone system, the school bell system, and the handheld radios.

Hours are 4-5 per day (29 per week), pay rate is $18.00 per hour. This position is year-round. Daily hours are flexible and will be determined between the administration and the IT director. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Must possess a demonstrated attention to detail
Should have high organizational skills
Will be able to work independently and be part of a team
Must have knowledge of and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems on a wide variety of hardware, software, and networking on multiple hardware platforms
Must be able to plan or assist in planning special projects and implement meeting-designated deadlines
Must have the ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology
Must have a sincere interest in working with students
Must be patient and caring with students of all learning styles and abilities; have awareness and respect for student diversity
Will view each student as a unique individual created by God and placed in our care to love, nurture, and educate, helping them discover and develop their unique gifts and talents
Will possess strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Will be able to develop positive working relationships with teachers, students, and administrators
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to the work; flexibility and confidentiality required
Will be able to take direction
Must demonstrate initiative and dependability when carrying out assignments
Should model the Catholic Faith through their example and Christian living
Will understand Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 Suite
Should have experience with backup and image management software
