If you're finishing school (or just finished) and want to learn how gaming hardware gets made — from sketch to store shelf — we'd love to meet you.

Position Overview
This is a true entry-level role for someone early in their career — a recent grad, bootcamp finisher, or self-taught maker — who wants hands-on training in product development. You won't be expected to know everything on day one. You'll be paired with our engineering team to learn CAD modeling, PCB basics, prototyping, and manufacturing, while contributing to real products from day one.

We're looking for curiosity and drive more than a finished skill set. If you've built something with your hands — a 3D print, a custom controller mod, a school CAD project, a breadboard circuit — we want to hear about it.

Responsibilities

Support 3D CAD modeling for gaming hardware, under guidance from senior designers
Assist with PCB layout review and basic electronics troubleshooting
Help build and test prototypes, and document what you learn along the way
Support engineering drawings and documentation
Assist with quality control and testing on products in development
Learn how manufacturing and tooling works by shadowing experienced team members
Jump in wherever needed — prototyping, sourcing, testing, or supporting other departments
Ask questions, take notes, and grow into greater ownership over time

Qualifications We're Looking For

Coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio involving 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) — professional experience not required
Some exposure to PCBs or basic electronics (school projects, hobby projects, or coursework)
Strong mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational habits
Self-motivated, comfortable asking for help and taking direction

Nice to Have (not required)

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or related field — or equivalent self-taught experience
Any experience with 3D printing or rapid prototyping
A passion for gaming hardware, controllers, or retro consoles
