Enjoy your NEW OFFICE out on the mighty Colorado River, Soaking in the Arizona Hot Springs, Goldstrike Hot Springs Waterfall, Hiking to Boyscout Canyon and Infinity Hot Springs, Marveling inside the Sauna and Emerald Cave, and, of course, loading and unloading kayaks at Willow Beach or from the other side of Lake Mead from the base of the Hoover Dam ;)

We're looking for Drivers for our Specialized Exclusive Guided Hoover Dam Kayaking Tours. Total time is around 3 Hours and is paid $75. The Guide is paid $150-$200 plus tips.

Guide 4 hour Half Day trip to Willow Beach or the full day 8 Hour trip from the base of the Hoover Dam to Goldstrike, Sauna Cave, Infinity Hot Springs, Infinity Hot springs, World Famous Arizona Hot Springs, and Emerald Cave
Learn and deliver incredible information about one of the country's most astonishing engineering feet.
Load and unload kayaks on and off the trailer before the trip.
Drive Trailer to Willow Beach or Hoover Dam Lodge
Learn about the incredible history of the river and the Hoover Dam.

Through a variety of lifestyle trips, guided experiences, and kayak rentals, Adventure Child aims to help locals "find their inner adventure child."

Adventure Child's slogan is "Just outside of Vegas Baby." Siskowic explains, "As one of the hundreds of thousands of people laid off because of the pandemic, in the city that has been hit the hardest in the states, it was important to show people these world wonders were only a 45-minute drive outside of Las Vegas."

"We want to give people something they vitally need coming out of the pandemic: Meaningful connections with nature and priceless moments of joy," explains Siskowic.

The company's two initial offerings are a four-hour, out-and-back Emerald Cave Kayak Adventure and an 8-hour, point-to-point Hoover Dam Kayak Adventure.

The Hoover Dam Kayak trip has been described as many as the best day trip in the world. Guests get to see 5 different spectacular hot springs, (Including the Infinity Hot Springs) geothermal waterfalls, rain caves, and the Sauna Cave. The half day trip to see the world famous Emerald Cave and the historic gauging station, launches from just 45-minutes outside of Las Vegas at Willow Beach Marina. Both guided excursions provide a safe, mindful, and educational paddling experience of wildly scenic and historical sites otherwise inaccessible by vehicle and foot. Kayak and Canoe rentals are also available.

Siskowic further explains, "We have assembled a team of professionals that have a deep passion for helping others learn to appreciate the sacredness of the land around us, We assembled a group of Accepting, Inspiring, Mindful, Present, Patient, and Kind people to help guests have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We all have that 10-year-old kid inside us that wants to come out and have fun.”

Besides offering experiences for individuals and groups, Adventure Child will partner with local charitable organizations to offer adventure-based experiences for the people they serve. Adventure Child is proud to announce we will be giving a significant portion of proceeds to the The Inspiring Children's Foundation of Las Vegas and Trails on Earth. The company also plans to host family-friendly river clean-up events, and mindfulness retreats along the Colorado River periodically.

Guiding/instructing clients including:

Train and assess clients to perform an activity, including client screening and safety briefings
Supervise and monitor clients while engaged in the activity
Understand and comply with standard operating procedures
Be ready to tow guests and be willing and able to tow into wind if needed.
Be able to lift 100lbs overhead.
Ask questions, be personable, guide guests down river to magical locations but also help guide them to the best versions of themselves.

Ensuring equipment is used correctly and is safe for use including:

Allocate safety equipment to clients
Ensure the client safety equipment is fitted correctly
Conduct pre-use equipment check
Monitor equipment throughout the trip

Assisting in emergency response and rescues for all identified rescue scenarios

Fulfilling their overall role in the safety management system including reporting incidents and monitoring hazards

Must have experience backing up any type of trailer ot towing boats to interview.

Please note this is the starting pay. There are pay increases, and our bigger trips average about $180 per day with a high of $300, plus average tax-free tips of around $100 per day.
