Summary:
Ensure quality guest service SPARK satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner by greeting and thanking guests for dining in our restaurants; operates and maintains guest reservations; works with the MICROS system to record all sales transactions; assists team members as needed or requested.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
2. Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
3. Completes all tasks required to receive a daily MNGE vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
4. Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
5. Manages reservations and wait lists.
6. Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
8. Ensures Host areas and MICROS stations are kept clean and presentable at all times.
9. Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
10. Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE One year experience in a high volume food and beverage operations with multiple venue responsibilities, casino experience preferred. Cash handling skills strongly recommended
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCN OPG Gaming License is required.
Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.
Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
JOB DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job. Must be able to stand long periods of time and/or walk in excess of 2 1/2 miles per shift. Has ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. up to 38” and Push/Pull force of 88 lbs. Ability to maneuver chairs 20lbs up to 100 times per shift. Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
