Full Job Description

Company Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources Department as an HR Recruiter. This is a part-time position that could lead to full-time. This critical role is responsible for reviewing and processing candidates through effective screening and sourcing methods. You will work closely with regional managers to understand their staffing requirements and contribute to building a robust talent pipeline. Your ability to foster relationships and manage the recruitment lifecycle will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with company values.
Manage the applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes.
Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Customer service skills, minimum of 2 years experience.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques.
Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring regional managers alike.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
