We are seeking a customer-focused HR Shared Services Specialist to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers. This role is responsible for handling HR inquiries, processing employee transactions, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive employee experience through timely and accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, HR systems, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & Query Resolution

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems, or chat.
Respond to questions related to HR policies, benefits, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Resolve employee requests within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) or HR Business Partners.

HR Operations & Transaction Processing

Process HR transactions accurately and efficiently across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.

Knowledge Management

Utilize HRMS systems, knowledge repositories, and policy documentation to provide accurate information.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR knowledge articles and FAQs.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.

Reporting & Analytics

Compile and maintain HR operational reports and dashboards.
Perform routine data analysis and support reporting requests.
Track service metrics and identify trends to improve employee experience.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with HR teams, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or HR Customer Support.
Experience handling employee inquiries and HR transactions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

Preferred

Master’s degree or HR specialization/certification.
Experience in a Shared Services or Global Capability Center environment.
Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: per year $49000

Pay Range Maximum: per Year $52,000
