About Us: 721 Logistics is a family-owned customs brokerage located in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia. We specialize in the clearance of dry and perishable goods, delivering impeccable, timely service, and in-depth customs knowledge. We pride ourselves in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Writer to join our dry goods division on a full-time basis in Greater Philadelphia. The primary responsibilities include reading, organizing, and interpreting CBP documentation, entering data accurately into ACE, and monitoring and auditing entries to ensure timely, accurate submission. Ideal for individuals who enjoy routine, efficiency, and completing a job with precision. Perfect for those seeking a stable position where they can focus and contribute effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· CBP Documentation Interpretation: Review CBP documentation for perishable shipments, interpreting data for accurate entry processing.

· Data Entry & Transmission: Enter relevant data and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

· 7501 Printing: Generate and print 7501 forms for each entry for duty payments.

· Entry Monitoring: Track all entries to confirm successful submission and handle any flagged issues promptly.

· Auditing: Regularly audit files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all data is correctly entered and all submissions meet specified timelines.

· Collaborative Compliance: Work closely with other teams within the office to ensure all parts flow effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and document review.

· Familiarity with, ACE, and customs management systems is preferred.

· Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply CBP regulations to entries.

· Solid organizational skills to manage and audit multiple entries simultaneously.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience in customs brokerage or a related field preferred.
