Join Renewal by Andersen, a nationally recognized leader in home improvement, as an In-Home Sales Representative serving Albert Lea and surrounding Minnesota/Iowa communities.

This is a high-income opportunity where you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver professional sales presentations, and close deals with a trusted brand behind you.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$100K–$130K+ first-year target earnings
Uncapped commission structure
Pre-set, company-generated appointments provided
Additional earning through referrals & self-generated business

Top performers often exceed stated earnings through strong closing and referral generation.

What You’ll Do

Run pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
Deliver consultative sales presentations (training provided)
Build rapport and uncover customer needs
Recommend custom window and door solutions
Close sales and manage contracts
Maintain pipeline and follow-up activity
Generate referrals to increase earnings

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (in-home, retail, or commission preferred)
Strong closing ability and confidence in conversations
Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in the field
Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
Organized and tech-comfortable
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
