Senior Software Engineer – Sabhi™ (US Remote, Quarterly Onsite in Tampa)

Location: Remote (US Only)
Onsite: Quarterly in Tampa for alignment & roadmap work
Compensation: Senior-level salary + performance incentives (no equity)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a rare hybrid leader — someone who combines strategic technology leadership with the ability to be hands-on and execution-focused when needed.

This is not a “title-only” role.
This is not purely managerial.
And it’s not purely an IC dev role either.

This is for someone who wants to own a platform, shape its evolution, and still jump in to make meaningful technical impact.

You Will Own

Defining and driving the technical roadmap
Ensuring platform maturity, reliability, and quality
Making key architectural decisions and guiding implementation
Leading and improving the engineering function
Partnering closely with leadership to align technology with business goals
Contributing hands-on when the platform needs deep technical expertise

What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

Identifying and prioritizing technical initiatives
Bringing structure, predictability, and confidence to releases
Guiding developers with clarity and accountability
Mentoring engineers and building strong engineering culture
Balancing innovation with stability and pragmatism
Diving in personally to solve complex problems when necessary

What You Bring

Proven experience leading engineering in a software environment

Strong judgment around technical tradeoffs and risk
Experience guiding developers and raising technical standards
Startup or high-growth leadership experience is a strong plus

“Idea-only” leaders who don’t execute
Pure managers who no longer want to be technical
Developers who don’t want leadership accountability
People who need rigid corporate structure or large teams to operate

Compensation & Structure

Flexible depending on experience. Options may include salary, performance incentives, equity participation, or phased engagement depending on fit.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
