SUMMARY

TRX is seeking a high energy, ambitious Inside Sales Rep to play a key role on our commercial sales team to achieve our revenue and profit goals. No two days will be the same. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to acquire new leads, creating customer order estimates, placing orders, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You possess high IQ/EQ qualities, care deeply about performance, process & people. You are detail-oriented, motivated, accountable, and committed to ensuring the success of TRX commercial. You appreciate intuitiveness, innovation, and intelligence. You enjoy analysis, as much as creativity. You rise to every challenge and lead the team to best-in-class performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Assist Key Accounts with any post sale inquiries (tracking, product timeline, etc)
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
Create estimates in our CRM for Account Executives
Place orders in our CRM for Account Executives
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Meet and/or exceed revenue & profit plan each month, quarter & year
Foster & enhance the TRX Culture every day
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Prioritize superior interpersonal skills, internally & externally
Collaborate positively with sales operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven inside sales or Customer Success experience (3+ years)
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Experience working with Netsuite.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree required
High degree of financial fluency – you love Excel as much as PowerPoint!
Superior interpersonal skill and strong conflict resolution skills
High IQ/EQ qualities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and highly driven to over-deliver
High fitness fluency and passion for healthy lifestyle, highly organized, methodical & strategic

Clear ability to manage multiple priorities, processes & people

This position is remote, like much of our workforce, though we do believe in frequent person-to-person, team collaboration/engagement and do schedule working sessions often, usually monthly. Most of our in-person collaborations will be in San Francisco Bay Area.
