Wonder Guide Virtual Live Instructor (Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred)

Compensation: Competitive pay per workshop (approximately one hour each)

We partner with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities to deliver immersive, interactive educational experiences that ignite conversation, inspire discovery, and bring joy to older adults.

Each workshop combines cinematic visuals, fascinating science, history, nature, technology, psychology, and remarkable stories from around the world into unforgettable live experiences.

We're looking for exceptional educators, storytellers, performers, and lifelong learners to become our next Wonder Guides.

A Wonder Guide doesn't simply teach.

They create moments residents remember.

What You'll Do

As a Wonder Guide, you'll lead live virtual workshops for senior living communities throughout California.

Using professionally designed presentations created by The Wonder Lab, you'll:

Present engaging one-hour live workshops
Inspire curiosity through storytelling and discussion
Encourage resident participation and conversation
Bring fascinating topics to life through enthusiasm and personality
Create an experience residents look forward to every week

Who We're Looking For

Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
Comfortable presenting live using Zoom or similar platforms
Professional appearance and reliable high-speed internet

Ability to connect with older adults
Teaching, training, or presentation experience preferred

Compensation

Competitive pay per workshop
Workshops are approximately one hour
Flexible scheduling

We hire presenters—not resumes.
