The Opportunity

We are seeking self-driven, entrepreneurial individuals interested in building and operating their own insurance agency.

This is not a traditional employee position. It is a business-building opportunity designed for individuals who want to create long-term income, build an asset they own, and develop a team of insurance professionals.

As an Agency Owner, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most while building a book of business that generates both immediate commissions and long-term residual income.

Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support throughout the licensing, launch, and agency development process.

What You'll Do

Agency Development & Business Ownership

Build and grow your own insurance agency
Develop a long-term client base and recurring revenue stream
Create and execute business development strategies
Establish your presence within your local community
Build referral relationships and professional networks
Recruit, develop, and lead team members as your agency grows

Client Relationship Management

Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess insurance needs
Recommend customized insurance solutions
Provide exceptional customer service and policy reviews
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and prospects

Business Development

Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and prospecting
Build relationships with local organizations and business leaders
Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective clients
Expand market presence and brand awareness

Professional Development

Participate in comprehensive training and mentorship programs
Develop expertise in insurance products, sales, and agency operations
Learn leadership, recruiting, and business management skills
