We are seeking an entrepreneurial Agency Representative to partner with our established local insurance offices representing a premier carrier. In this role, you enjoy the autonomy of managing your own production and outbound marketing pipelines, backed by a fully equipped physical office workspace, modern utilities, and essential operational supplies provided at zero overhead cost to you.

Whether you are already fully licensed or a motivated professional looking to break into the industry, we provide direct upfront financial support for your initial licensing textbooks and state examination fees to get you going.

Core Responsibilities:

As an Agency Representative, you will have professional direction over your daily strategy to achieve production benchmarks, utilizing the following core avenues:

Business Development & Outbound Sales: Prospect, market, and close new personal and commercial insurance lines using independent lead generation networks, outbound dialing channels, and agency-approved digital platforms.
Policyholder Advisory & Retention: Provide expert consultation to existing insureds across multiple channels (telephone, walk-in, and mobile apps), providing detailed insurance quotes, handling structural policy modifications, and implementing strategic lapse-retention protocols.
Agency Support workflows: Manage basic daily office administrative workflows, track client interactions using standard tracking mechanics, and maintain essential office supply pipelines.

What We Look For:

Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life insurance license is highly preferred. Unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds will be considered, contingent on obtaining licensure within an initial 8-week window (upfront textbook and state exam fees covered by the agency).
Skills: Excellent communication, a competitive drive to hit growth targets, and the ability to comfortably operate modern digital CRM/quoting systems.
Reliability: Ability to align your primary operational availability with standard regional business hours (Targeting Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
Guaranteed Base Cash Flow: A flat $20.00 to 25.00/hr contract rate protects your baseline time investment.
Uncapped Earning Potential: Strong multi-tiered growth bonuses tied directly to Auto, P&C volume, and Life placement premiums.

Day-to-Day Office Operations & Administrative Management

While this contract is highly geared toward business development, your core daily function will serve as the central anchor for our local office operations. You will essentially manage the day-to-day front-of-house environment, handling blending roles of an administrative office manager, secretary, and licensed sales professional.

Additional daily operational expectations include:

Front-Desk Reception & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency, welcoming walk-in clients, answering multi-line phone calls, routing digital inquiries, and managing the daily office calendar.
Policy Lifecycle Support: Handle the daily administrative paperwork for policy modifications, process customer payments, follow up on client billing discrepancies, and execute standard lapse-retention protocols.
Agency Planning & Logistics: Take full ownership of daily office workflows, including ordering administrative supplies, organizing physical and digital client files, maintaining data security, and ensuring general office upkeep.
