Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist/Receptionist to help answer phones and help clients with their needs. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with client engagement, ensuring a positive first impression while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while honing your office management and customer service skills. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth check-in process
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Assist agents with processing payments, creating documents for clients such as auto ID cards and binders for new car purchases and home closings.
Provide administrative support to team members by handling incoming inquiries and performing light personal assistant tasks

Skills

Strong proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Demonstrated office management experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and support excellence
