Full Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing in-office sales team in Marion, Indiana.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training and help you obtain your life insurance license. If you’re coachable, competitive, and ready to grow, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a rewarding industry.

Our agents work directly with inbound leads, helping individuals and families find affordable final expense life insurance coverage.

What You’ll Do

Speak with clients over the phone using our in-house dialer system
Help Individuals choose life insurance plans that fit their needs and budget
Follow a proven script and sales process
Handle live inbound calls and follow up with interested prospects with attention to detail
Maintain accurate notes, records, and call dispositions
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Contribute to a professional and supportive office environment

Compensation

Hourly base pay $18 / HR
Holidays Paid after 1000 hours worked
Performance-based bonuses

Additional earning opportunities based on production and results

Schedule and Work Location

Full-time position Monday - Friday.
In-office position in Marion, Indiana
This is not a remote position

Licensing

A life insurance license is required to sell insurance, but you do not need to be licensed before applying.

PPG provides guidance and assistance throughout the pre-licensing and licensing process. Candidates must be willing to complete the required coursework, pass the state licensing exam, and meet all state eligibility requirements.
