Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing expert support and guidance on their insurance needs. Your proactive communication skills and technical proficiency will help streamline processes, resolve inquiries efficiently, and foster long-term customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist clients effectively.
Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions related to policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
Assist clients with data entry tasks, updating account information accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications.
Conduct analysis of customer inquiries to identify solutions promptly and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and client details to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and promoting suitable insurance products or services.
Manage cash handling procedures securely during payment processing or policy transactions.

Requirements

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English along with additional languages is a strong plus.
Prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred.
Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell insurance products confidently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping tasks.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required.
Experience with outbound calling campaigns or telemarketing is advantageous.
Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide clear, concise solutions.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and typing skills for efficient transaction processing.
