Full Job Description

Job description:

We are seeking a driven, organized, and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving patient enrollment and retention, and ensuring account stability and growth. You will work cross-functionally with internal Advanta teams to address client needs, escalate issues when necessary, and support successful implementation and ongoing performance of Advanta programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts post-sale
Partner with internal Advanta teams to address client concerns and operational needs
Communicate and escalate client issues to management as appropriate
Provide proactive outbound updates to clients as requested
Drive in-office patient enrollment for assigned accounts
Review, approve, and submit client credits in accordance with company policy, Order Forms, and MSAs

Performance Metrics

Success in this role is measured primarily by patient enrollment, retention, and account stability:

Achieve 40–50% patient enrollment of the eligible population within 90 days of program start
Drive in-office enrollment targets per provider
Maintain positive patient net-flow and limit early deactivations
Support month-over-month account revenue stability and growth
Ensure timely resolution of client support tickets

Minimum Qualifications

1+ year of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, digital health, or provider-facing environments
Experience driving adoption, engagement, or enrollment initiatives
Familiarity with contracts, MSAs, or service-based agreements

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 in Year 1
Commission: Paid quarterly on realized payments
0.3%–0.5% baseline commission on account revenue
4% commission on quarter-over-quarter growth
