Duties

Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration.
Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the client base across diverse markets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to develop targeted outreach plans and improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Familiarity with sales administration processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
Knowledge of marketing techniques, telemarketing strategies, and HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy when applicable.
Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professional conduct and presentation.
