Insurance Sales Agent - Performance Bonuses + Incentives

Overview

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join a high-performance inside sales team. This is a phone-based sales role where you will engage with prospects, build interest, and convert opportunities into qualified appointments or sales.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, enjoy speaking with people, and want a clear path to higher earnings and career growth.

What You’ll Do

Outbound & Inbound Sales Activity

Make high-volume outbound calls using company-provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries and respond in a timely, professional manner
Engage prospects, build rapport, and create interest in products/services

Lead Qualification & Conversion

Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
Clearly communicate value, benefits, and next steps
Set appointments or close sales depending on campaign structure

Pipeline & Performance Management

Track daily activity including calls, contacts, and conversions
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
