About the Opportunity

The Founders Group Brokerage is expanding and seeking motivated individuals interested in financial services with a focus on life insurance, retirement planning, financial strategies, and financial protection solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, coachable, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based income. Whether you are licensed and experienced or exploring a new career path, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you grow professionally.

We are also actively seeking strategic partners and referral partners who serve individuals, families, or business owners and are interested in creating mutually beneficial relationships through trusted introductions and collaborative growth opportunities.

Please Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity with performance based compensation. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly pay, or base income. This opportunity is best suited for individuals seeking flexibility, personal growth, and long-term income potential through building their own business within the financial services industry.

What You'll Do

Meet Virtually and/or in person with individuals and families
Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning strategies
Conduct financial needs analyses
Help clients identify solutions that align with their goals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop business through networking, referrals, relationship-building
Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
Work toward personal production and leadership goals.

Previous experience in sales, customer services, real estate, mortgage lending, business ownership, management, or financial services is helpful but not required.

Licensing Requirements

Active Life & Health Insurance License perferred but not required
Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply
Candidates without a license must be willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to obtain their Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days
Training and guidance are provided throughout the licensing process

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Performance- based commission structure
Performance bonuses available
Uncapped earning potential
Earnings are based on production, activity, licensing status, and individual effort
