Overview
FloLabs is seeking a Project, Product, HR & Finance Administration Intern to support internal operations across project coordination, product planning, people operations, finance administration, documentation, and cross-functional team workflows.
This internship is designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in project management, product management, human resources, finance administration, business operations, startup operations, and organizational coordination.
As a Project, Product, HR & Finance Administration Intern, you may help organize project tasks, support product planning, assist with HR documentation and onboarding, maintain internal records, support finance-related tracking, prepare reports, and help improve internal workflows. You will work with team leads, product teams, HR, finance/admin team members, operations, and management to support day-to-day coordination and long-term organizational growth.
This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who want hands-on experience in how projects, products, teams, and internal operations are managed inside a growing technology and innovation organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support project management activities, including task tracking, meeting notes, timeline organization, progress updates, team follow-ups, and project documentation.
Assist with product management work, including product notes, feature lists, user feedback organization, product requirements, roadmap updates, research summaries, and launch preparation notes.
Support HR and people operations tasks such as onboarding coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, orientation support, documentation, records organization, and internal HR communications.
Help organize HR files, team member records, onboarding materials, internal templates, policies, and people-related documentation.
Support finance administration tasks, including expense tracking, invoice organization, payment records, subscription tracking, budget notes, cash flow notes, and basic financial documentation.
Assist with preparing internal reports related to project progress, product updates, HR activity, team operations, finance/admin records, and organizational needs.
Help maintain task boards, spreadsheets, Notion pages, CRM records, project management platforms, documentation systems, and other internal tools.
Coordinate with team leads, product teams, HR, finance/admin team members, and management to collect updates and organize information clearly.
Support research related to project tools, product workflows, HR processes, finance tools, business operations, subscriptions, vendors, and administrative systems.
Explore AI tools that can improve productivity, reporting, documentation, HR workflows, finance tracking, project coordination, and internal operations.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, planning discussions, and internal updates.
Learn how projects and products move from ideas to planning, execution, tracking, reporting, review, and launch preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
Currently studying, recently graduated, or independently building experience in project management, product management, human resources, business administration, finance, accounting, operations, entrepreneurship, management, information systems, or a related field.
Interest in project management, product development, HR operations, finance administration, startup workflows, business operations, or technology management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up clearly and professionally with team members.
Ability to manage information accurately and maintain confidentiality when working with HR, finance, or internal records.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, task boards, project management tools, CRM platforms, or internal databases is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or finance tracking tools is a plus.
Interest in product roadmaps, user requirements, project timelines, onboarding workflows, HR documentation, budgeting, invoices, expense tracking, reporting, or operational improvements is preferred.
Analytical thinking, reliability, time management, and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work remotely, collaborate with different teams, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
No advanced professional experience is required, but candidates should be motivated, organized, reliable, and open to learning.

After successful completion, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a paid apprenticeship.
