Full Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Product Design Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative digital experiences that empower users and enhance their healthcare journey. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that are both intuitive and impactful.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of customer-centric digital products, ensuring they are innovative and successful.

Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align concepts and requirements, transforming them into end-to-end user experiences.

Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to test ideas and communicate them effectively.

Promote inclusive design standards across various platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy.

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and creative solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Ability to work from low fidelity to high fidelity designs.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them as needed.

Familiarity with designing agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys.

Knowledge of established brand guidelines and design systems.
