Graphic Designer – AI-Enabled Creative Production

Full-Time | Greater Cincinnati Area

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can use modern AI tools and strong design principles to create polished, professional marketing materials.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to use AI as a creative and production accelerator. You should be comfortable using AI tools to help start concepts, explore layouts, organize content, enhance imagery, and improve workflow efficiency — then refining and finishing the work using professional design software, especially Adobe InDesign.

This is a hands-on design role for someone who can move quickly, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver clean, accurate, brand-aligned materials across print and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

Create professional marketing materials, brochures, flyers, presentations, pitch decks, email assets, social media graphics, digital ads, and other visual content

Use AI tools to support concept development, layout exploration, content organization, copy support, image generation, image enhancement, and production workflows

Take AI-assisted concepts and polish them into professional final deliverables using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Build clean, well-structured layouts with strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and visual consistency

Convert written information, images, data, and brand direction into clear and visually compelling marketing materials

Manage multiple active design projects at once while balancing deadlines, priorities, revisions, and internal feedback

Maintain brand standards across all print and digital materials

Prepare final files for print, digital distribution, presentations, and online use

Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, organize information, and deliver high-quality creative work

Explore new AI tools and design workflows that improve speed, quality, and creative output

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience using AI tools to support design, marketing, content creation, image enhancement, layout development, or production workflows

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, color, spacing, and visual branding

Ability to take AI-generated or AI-assisted starting points and refine them into polished, professional design work

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions at the same time

Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and deliver finished work with minimal hand-holding

Portfolio required, either PDF or website link

Strongly Preferred

Experience creating brochures, flyers, presentations, pitch decks, digital ads, email graphics, or social media content

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms

Experience developing AI-assisted creative workflows

Photography or photo editing skills

Video editing experience

Experience preparing files for professional print production

Experience working in a fast-paced marketing, sales, agency, professional services, or entrepreneurial environment

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a designer who knows how to combine AI efficiency with human design judgment.

You should be comfortable using AI to start faster, generate options, organize content, and explore creative directions. At the same time, you understand that professional design still requires taste, precision, typography, layout discipline, accuracy, and final polish.

You are organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage several projects at once without sacrificing quality. You can take rough direction, AI-generated ideas, written content, or existing brand assets and turn them into clean, finished materials that look professional and communicate clearly.
