TikTok Live Stream Operation Assistant

We are one of the first TikTok officially invited shopping partners. TikTokleading TSP, supporting multiple US top fashion/beauty brands in live and videos. We are an international team with a huge passion for e-commerce and digital media, which just completed a $2M angel funding round. We're already in the UK's top 3 in the live shopping field. In the past month, ranking first in the TikTok live fashion category in the U.S.

We are seeking passionate and talented Live Stream Operation Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the operation assistant of our live shopping channels on TikTok. This role begins as a part-time position, with the potential to become full-time.

Role Description

As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in leading the Operations team to achieve operational excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality online merchandise. This role is based in New York and involves overseeing key responsibilities such as leading TikTok e-commerce live streams, tracking revenue data, optimizing resources, and maintaining effective communication with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Led on-site control and operation of TikTok e-commerce live streaming, including setting up live stream rooms, planning live streams, discovering and summarizing product selling points, live stream data analysis, live control, sales rhythm, and more.
Responsible for the daily live stream work of TikTok live stream host, promptly follow up on revenue data, conduct post-event reviews and data analysis for each live broadcast, formulate optimization plans, and execute them.
Proficiently grasp the selling points and characteristics of e-commerce products, refine explanatory content, formulate live stream host scripts, research and understand product user profiles, and provide product optimization suggestions to product and brand partners based on live stream performance.
Sensitive to data, supervise on-site audience data in real-time, provide feedback to on-site anchors, control the sales rhythm and content of the live stream, and be responsible for live stream sales revenue.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
Good written and verbal skills in Chinese and English, and possess a legal residence visa in the United States.
Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers.
Eagle to learn, initiative taker, and problem-solver.
High coordination and adaptability.
Have a good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
At least one year of work experience, interest in the e-commerce live streaming industry, strong learning ability, staying updated on real-time industry trends and new developments, aspiring to develop in the live e-commerce internet industry, familiar with short videos, TikTok, and other overseas social media.
Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to the team's rapid growth phase, proactive, practical, and positive thinking.
