Business Development Associate

About the Position

Pureshift Growth Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to support customer engagement and marketing initiatives in a remote work environment. This position is well suited for professionals with strong communication skills who are interested in business development, customer relations, and digital marketing.

In this role, you will engage with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our educational programs, answer questions about available offerings, provide accurate program information, and support the enrollment process while delivering a positive customer experience.

Position Details

Remote work environment
Flexible schedule based on customer appointment availability
Full-time or Part-time
Performance-based compensation
Company-provided training and ongoing support
This position reports to the Business Development Director and works collaboratively with the customer engagement team

Key Responsibilities

Respond to prospective customer inquiries and conduct follow-up communications using company-approved processes
Conduct virtual consultations to provide information about company programs
Maintain accurate customer communication records using company systems
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Complete assigned customer engagement and follow-up activities while meeting established performance expectations
Availability for virtual meetings and customer consultations during standard business hours as scheduled
Customer inquiries are managed using company-approved marketing and communication processes

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Reliable internet access
1+ years of customer service, sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage workload effectively in a remote environment
Interest or experience in business development, customer engagement, sales, or marketing
Comfortable using computers, video conferencing platforms, and online business tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
Strong attention to detail
