About the role

Privion is an AI-native technology partner. We design and build modern digital workplaces — intranets, automations, and AI-enabled workflows — on the Microsoft cloud, and we ship the products we recommend.

We're hiring a Microsoft 365 & AI Solutions Consultant to lead the delivery of SharePoint intranets, Power Platform solutions, and AI-driven automation for our clients. You'll translate business problems into scalable solutions, work directly with stakeholders, and use AI to build faster than traditional teams. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who moves quickly and sweats the details.

What you'll do

Design, configure, and deliver modern SharePoint Online intranets — information architecture, navigation, branding, governance, and content structure.
Build business solutions on Power Apps and Power Automate, replacing manual processes with reliable, low-code automation.
Implement AI-enabled workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and Azure OpenAI to streamline how teams work.
Configure and optimize the broader Microsoft 365 stack — Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and related services — for collaboration and adoption.
Partner with clients to scope needs, recommend the right mix, and turn requirements into clear, deliverable solutions.
Apply security and governance best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data governance, across the M365 environment.
Support migrations to Microsoft 365 with attention to data integrity and minimal disruption.
Document architecture, workflows, and processes so solutions are maintainable and audit-ready.

What you'll bring

Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions across Microsoft 365 — SharePoint Online, Teams, and the Power Platform.
Strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills, with a track record of automating real business processes.
Practical experience building or managing SharePoint intranets, including governance and adoption.
Working knowledge of AI tools in the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI) and a clear sense of where they add value.
Understanding of M365 security and governance — RBAC, data privacy, and compliance in enterprise environments.
A consulting mindset: clear communication, client focus, and the ability to own outcomes end to end.

Major pluses

SPFx development — building custom SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions with React and TypeScript.
AI-aided development — using AI coding tools to design and ship applications and automations faster.
Experience with Azure services, Microsoft Graph, or REST API integration.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365).
