Role Purpose
The Warehouse & Fleet Manager — Americas is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of regional facilities, equipment, vessels, vehicles, and operational assets supporting marine service and underwater repair operations across the Americas.
This role provides leadership and hands-on oversight to ensure assets perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OEM specifications, SGS standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The position manages maintenance programs, facility operations, inventory control, and warehouse personnel while supporting operational teams by ensuring equipment is prepared for deployment.
Through strong safety leadership, disciplined asset management, and continuous improvement, this role ensures operational readiness, equipment reliability, and professional facility standards in alignment with local regulatory statues.
Scope of Responsibility
· Manage warehouse, yards, docks, and associated facilities
· Ensure readiness of all operational equipment, vessels, vehicles, and assets
· Lead maintenance and repair activities across the region
· Supervise warehouse support personnel
· Maintain inventory control and asset tracking systems
· Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
· Support operational teams through equipment preparation and logistics
· Support budgeting, procurement, and capital planning
· Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and security
· Coordinate asset readiness across multiple locations within the Americas
Core Responsibilities1. Facility & Warehouse Operations
· Manage the overall operation, organization, security, and upkeep of warehouses, yards, offices, docks, and associated property.
· Ensure safe working conditions, efficient layouts, and professional facility appearance.
· Maintain facility readiness to support operational activities at all times.
· Implement improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost control.
2. Equipment & Fleet Readiness
· Ensure operational readiness of all equipment, vessels, vehicles, trailers, and specialized systems.
· Coordinate inspections, maintenance, repairs, and testing to maintain safe and reliable performance.
· Verify assets are prepared for deployment and properly serviced.
· Support mobilization and demobilization of projects as required.
3. Maintenance Programs & Technical Oversight
· Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
· Oversee corrective repairs and technical improvements.
· Ensure maintenance activities comply with OEM specifications, SGS standards, and industry requirements.
· Conduct analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
4. Maintenance Systems & Documentation
· Ensure proper utilization of maintenance management systems for scheduling, tracking, and recordkeeping.
· Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
· Monitor maintenance performance indicators and asset reliability metrics.
5. Inventory & Asset Control
· Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts, consumables, tools, and equipment to support operations.
· Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and tracking of assets.
· Ensure accountability for equipment movement and condition.
· Inspect equipment prior to deployment to confirm readiness and safety.
6. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
· Evaluate vendors and suppliers based on quality, cost, and suitability.
· Coordinate procurement of equipment, parts, and services.
· Identify opportunities for cost savings and purchasing efficiencies across the Americas territory.
7. Budget & Capital Planning Support
· Support development and management of maintenance budgets and expenditures.
· Monitor maintenance costs and financial performance.
· Provide technical input for capital investments, upgrades, and long-term equipment strategy.
8. Personnel Leadership & Technical Support
· Lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse support staff.
· Assign work and coordinate staffing based on operational priorities.
· Provide technical guidance to warehouse personnel and field teams as required.
· Promote safe work practices, accountability, and professional standards.
9. Safety & Regulatory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
· Maintain hazardous material management practices and documentation.
· Support inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements across facilities.
· Promote a strong culture of safety and risk awareness.
10. Continuous Improvement & Operational Support
· Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and operational efficiency.
· Support operational teams by coordinating equipment resources.
· Assist in resolving technical issues impacting field execution.
· Contribute to long-term asset readiness and capacity planning across the Americas.
Job Requirements
· Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and marine systems.
· Demonstrated leadership capability managing technical personnel.
· Experience developing and managing maintenance programs.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
· Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects across locations.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required site or port access credentials.
· Willingness to work flexible hours to support operational requirements.
Preferred Skills
· Technical training or education in mechanical, electrical, or marine systems.
· Experience in commercial diving, marine services, or heavy industrial environments.
· Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
· Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Physical Demands
Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activities including lifting equipment, climbing, and working in warehouse, yard, or outdoor field environments.
Must maintain health and stamina appropriate for hands-on operational work.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
