Telehandler Operator / Equipment & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour

Queue Labor is seeking a Telehandler Operator / Equipment & Inventory Coordinator to support a large commercial construction project in Reno, NV. If you have experience operating a telehandler and enjoy keeping projects organized through inventory management and administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.

This position offers a great balance of field and office work:

25% Telehandler Operation
75% Inventory & Administrative Support

Pay

$30–$33/hour: Telehandler experience with basic Excel and inventory knowledge.
$34–$37/hour: Strong equipment handling, inventory control, and Microsoft Excel experience.
$38–$40/hour: Extensive construction equipment, inventory management, and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a telehandler to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
Receive, organize, and track construction materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and computer software.
Coordinate equipment movement and material deliveries.
Perform data entry and administrative duties.
Support field crews by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Previous telehandler operating experience required.
Experience with inventory control and material tracking.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Construction, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
