Full Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an EDI Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data integration and driving continuous improvement in EDI processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and make a significant impact on supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for EDI support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.

Manage and prioritize support tickets to minimize business disruptions.

Monitor EDI transaction flows to maintain data integrity and system performance.

Build and nurture relationships with trading partners and third-party providers.

Oversee partner setups and configurations, ensuring compliance with standards.

Analyze data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes and solutions.

Skills

Proven experience with EDI systems and integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with EDI platforms like OpenText or IBM Sterling.

Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

Experience in retail, CPG, or manufacturing industries.
