Full Job Description

The Role:
We need a seasoned, PMP-certified IT Project Manager who can own the execution of our enterprise technology agenda. Your days will be spent managing concurrent, high-stakes workstreams — Salesforce phases, Data Lake delivery, integration vendor accountability, and operational tool deployments. You'll run SteerCo presentations, track vendor SLAs, and keep everything moving on time and on budget. This is a hybrid-friendly role.

Compensation:
$100,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus tied to delivery milestones + full benefits + PMI membership & PDU support + club access. We're committed to investing in our people.

What You'll Do:

Lead project delivery for Salesforce implementation, Azure Data Lake completion, Northstar integration milestones, and operational tool rollouts.
Own project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, and status dashboards across all active IT initiatives.
Run SteerCo updates and executive-level project reporting.
Manage vendor accountability — including a hard December 2026 Northstar MOU deadline.
Coordinate between internal business teams and external vendors (CapTech, Salesforce, DocuSign, and more).
Build and maintain PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.

What We're Looking For:

Active PMP certification — this is a firm requirement.
5+ years managing complex, multi-workstream IT projects.
SaaS implementation experience — Salesforce is a strong differentiator.
Strong vendor management and contract accountability experience.
Executive-level communication skills — you can make complex IT projects legible to business leaders.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
