Technical Recruiter (Engineering)

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside near a BAE Systems Electronic Systems facility)

Eligible Locations:

New Hampshire: Nashua, Hudson, Manchester, Merrimack
New York: Greenlawn, Endicott
New Jersey: Totowa, Wayne
Texas: Austin
Virginia: Manassas
Alabama: Huntsville
California: San Diego
North Carolina: Durham

Pay Rate: $43.49/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 9/80 Schedule

Job Summary

Apollo Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (Engineering) to support one of our aerospace and defense clients. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruiter with proven experience hiring engineering professionals across multiple locations. This contract position offers the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering talent.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications and experience.
Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates throughout the hiring process.
Extend employment offers within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 4 years of Technical Recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for one or more of the following disciplines:
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Software Engineering
Systems Engineering
Computer Engineering
Full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting multiple locations and hiring managers.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting within Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or Technology industries.
High-volume recruiting experience.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.

Remote position; candidates must reside near one of the approved BAE Systems locations listed above.
Contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role.
9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. Indiana: Fort Wayne
