Cinnovx is looking for Project Managers to manage Salesforce Maintenance & Operations (M&O) delivery at a large California State Department.

Description

Responsibilities

Manage M&O delivery for your assigned Salesforce Org using Agile methodologies
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups
Coordinate with Department program staff, IT, and business stakeholders
Track and manage risks, issues, schedule, and deliverable milestones
Report status to the Engagement Manager and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

5 years FTE as Project Manager or Scrum Master for software implementation projects with at least 3 years directly managing a team of 5+ FTE
3 years FTE experience on IT development projects
Active certification, one of: PMP (PMI) | SAFe Scrum Master | Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP, PMI)
Bachelor's degree (or 7 years total IT development PM experience in lieu of degree)

Desirable Qualificatons

Masters Degree in a related field
1+ Experience working at EDD
ITIL Foundation Certification or higher

Note: Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and the position is expected to start in early 2027 and will be for a 2 year term.
