JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales & Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs to offer the best service while maximizing sales.

Under the supervision of the store manager, the Sales and Design Consultant will be the brand ambassador of our brand: From greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients.

With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our "Interior Design" service and work directly on both large residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales in a high-end market and develop long-lasting relationships with their customer. The right candidate has a 2-year minimum experience in High End Sales or Interior Design.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

The candidate has 2+ years’ experience in a high end retail sales environment.
Must be able to engage with an upscale client base and converse easily
Must have the ability to build relationships and have passion for connecting with others.
Our top performers are goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Details.
Strong verbal and written communication required.
High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly.
Professional appearance required.
Interest in the Design Furniture & Art industry.
Interior Design Degree or Certificate a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the US
Working knowledge of Power-Point required
AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20 or Google SketchUp are a plus.
Comfortable doing Client home visits and measuring spaces.
