About the Opportunity

Jester Concepts, a Minnesota-owned hospitality company based in Minneapolis, is the food & beverage consultant behind the culinary program at Tepetonka Club. Since 2008, Jester has built a reputation for creating standout restaurant concepts — including Parlour Bar, P.S. Steak, Butcher & the Boar, Starling, Shiki, Mirabelle, and Rustica Bakery & Cafe, all rooted in an "educate, elevate, exceed" philosophy and an employee-first approach to hospitality.

Tepetonka Club is a private golf and lifestyle destination on 228 acres of rolling glacial terrain near New London, MN, about two hours west of the Twin Cities. Designed by the renowned OCM team, the property features a championship 18-hole course, a short course, five four-bedroom cabins, two eight-bedroom lodges, Jim's Supper Club (fine dining), Hog Heaven (pro shop and casual dining), and a Beach Club on nearby Green Lake, plus a 140-acre Ranch with pheasant hunts, clay shooting, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, and a wellness center.

With Jester's culinary expertise now part of Tepetonka, we're building a scratch-driven, chef-led kitchen team, and we're looking for Line Cooks who want to be part of something new.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of restaurant cooking experience (preferred)
Full-time and part-time availability; weekends required
Reliable, accountable, and eager to grow in a high-quality kitchen

What You'll Do

Prepare menu items consistently and on time
Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary ("clean as you go")
Communicate with the Chef and team on kitchen needs and station readiness
Follow food safety standards per Health Department and Jester policies
Support teammates and pitch in wherever needed

Physical Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment for shifts up to 8 hours
Able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
Clear communication and attentive listening required
