Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. Staffing Recruiter in our Hawthorne office and ignite your career in talent acquisition! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. Your enthusiasm for connecting people with opportunities will help shape our organization’s future. This position offers a fantastic platform to develop your skills in full cycle recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent management while making a meaningful impact on our company's growth.

Duties

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems
Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Source candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment events, cold calling, and research to generate a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Negotiate job offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
Maintain strong relationship management with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Support onboarding activities including employee orientation and employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Skills

Proven ability in recruiting, including full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting processes.
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring teams.
Familiarity with talent management software
Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
Experience with social media management (recruitment) for sourcing and employer branding purposes.
Ability to conduct research on industry trends and candidate pools to optimize recruitment strategies.
Skills in training & development initiatives related to talent acquisition best practices and succession planning.
Demonstrated relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
