Senior Graphic/Web Designer

️ Hey there visual genius with an awesome portfolio! ️
This is an in-office position at our address: 1430 E Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI
Pay based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

Develop on-brand visuals for websites, email, videos, social media, apparel, print, and more
Update, change, and refresh graphics to adapt to project goals and client vision
Manage deadlines
Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders (SEO, copy, development, and sales) to ensure project success
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects

Requirements

Experience or samples representing ability graphics and layouts for print and design media
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Basic familiarity with social media platforms
Visual and creative, strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Extreme attention to detail
Strong communication skills; team player with a positive attitude

Skills providing added value (not required):

Ability to read/write HTML, CSS, Javascript
Working knowledge of Zoho Projects, Chat GPT, Midjourney, Adobe Sensei or any other AI software
Working knowledge of SEO best practices as it relates to web design and development
Ability to navigate and update 3rd party content management systems such as Wordpress, Squarespace, MailChimp or WIX

As a senior graphic designer, work with ~50 copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers to fulfill our mission: Improving the Economy One Business at a Time™ with Profit Generating Websites™. Go capitalism! Our team also has server admins and a few onsite technicians who double as in-house IT. . We grew up on a lot of direct-with-proprietor small business relationships back before website marketing was even a thing. Now a full-service marketing agency, we place more radio and podcast ads than anyone in Wisconsin. As our clients continue to grow, we now collaborate with robust and digitally literate in-house teams. The next phase in our growth is all about ownership mindset and culture fit. That means you: a self-starter who loves interacting daily with successful clients and colleagues. You take feedback well and can give it back, candidly and respectfully.
