Senior Account Executive – Electrical Project Management

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading complex electrical projects? Join us as a Senior Account Executive and become a pivotal player in a fast-paced environment where your expertise drives success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee high-stakes projects, deliver exceptional results, and grow your career within a dynamic team dedicated to safety, quality, and innovation.

In this position, you will manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project excellence and foster meaningful professional relationships. With a competitive total compensation exceeding $200,000 based on performance, this is your chance to elevate your professional trajectory.

Required Skills:

7+ years of electrical project management experience
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, design, and installation
Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Accubid, MS Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and solve complex problems
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Certifications like PMP or LEED are a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience managing both small and large-scale projects
Construction management expertise
Ability to mentor and support junior team members

Preferred Education and Experience:

7+ years in electrical project management and construction management roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety. • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and manage resources to meet project goals.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Review and approve electrical design plans, specifications, and work proposals.
Oversee project execution, managing timelines, quality control, and any issues that arise.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and present project status reports, cost tracking, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Ensure adherence to all local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Mentor and support assistant account executives.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct site visits
Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively
Commitment to safety and quality standards
