We are looking for a specialist who understands large, high-value stones, market dynamics, and premium aesthetics. About the Role:

Sim Gems USA Inc. is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Whether operating from our New York headquarters or remotely within a major US metropolitan hub, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our high-end diamond portfolio.

A primary focus of this role is active business development—specifically identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retail jewelry store clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Account Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and open new accounts with independent and major retail jewelry storefronts.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with retail owners, buyers, and high-end industry partners.

- Drive Sales Growth: Move premium diamond inventory and consistently meet or exceed business development targets.

- Product Expertise: Confidently present and articulate the value of high-end diamonds, luxury market trends, and specific customer requirements.

- Deal Execution: Seamlessly manage premium client communications, high-value negotiations, and structured follow-ups.

- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside our internal teams to ensure flawless logistical execution and smooth sales operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Industry Experience: Proven sales experience specifically within the high-end diamond and luxury jewelry trade.

- B2B Sales DNA: A track record of successfully opening and growing new retail shop clients (hunting and onboarding).

- Market Knowledge: Strong, nuanced understanding of diamonds (including high-carat/premium stones) and current luxury market dynamics.

- Elite Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills tailored for luxury buyers.

- Drive: A self-starting, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and competitive environment.
