Job Summary
CountryTurf Experience Inc. is a specialized landscape firm seeking/teaching dedicated and passionate candidates & Landscapers for the 2026 season. This position is open to individuals ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals. Opportunities for advancement and a career start here.
ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATE:
*Little to no experience(just out of school, want to try it out, want to learn a skill). Undergo leadership & hard skills training with awesome opportunities to grow.
EXPERIENCED LEVEL CANDIDATE:
*Has a range of hands on knowledge but wants to hone in their craft(seeking better colleagues, opportunities for versatility in the field, tailored skills training, wants the best boss around*)
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
- Utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping activities.
- Execute mowing, mulching, lawn care, planting duties to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes.
- Assist in landscape construction project installations & flower bed installations.
- Operate machinery as needed for lawn/landscape tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
What Skills Do You Have Already?
- Mechanical knowledge? ( to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively).
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or various landscape practices?
- Ability to operate various power tools and machinery?

CountryTurf is Home of the 4 Day Work Week
- From June through Nov. each year we provide a unique experience to our team members known as the 4 day work week with your 5th day off + paid 3 hours. We believe in work/life balance. You also have the option to come to work on your 5th day if wanting to participate in ongoing projects, increase your skills to become a "head gardener" or simply just get more hours. Our company does it different and has made a happier team since implementation.

Winter Work
- Although, we take winters off to recoup, you don't have too. You have the inside opportunity to work in one of the hotels we service for the winter months. This could include maintenance, front desk, housekeeping...this is a unique opportunity exclusively for our team mates as we have great partners in business.
- If you want to rest in the winter, unemployment for the winter months is available. We begin work in March.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
