Location: On-Site / Hybrid – Jay, Oklahoma
Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year

Summary

America's Outdoor Adventure Park is seeking a full-time Marketing Videographer & Photographer to capture compelling video and photo content across the property. This role will focus on filming guest experiences, off-road adventures, amenities, events, and promotional moments while supporting the marketing team with organized, high-quality media for social media, advertising, website content, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will reflect AOAP's values of adventure, creativity, teamwork, guest-first service, professionalism, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences that people want to watch, share, and remember.

As our audience continues to grow, we're expanding our creative team and looking for editors who understand what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching.

About The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Videographer & Photographer to capture high-quality visual content across America's Outdoor Adventure Park. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and outgoing media professional who can film action-packed off-road experiences, guest moments, amenities, events, and promotional content throughout the property.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to capture the moments that bring AOAP to life—from guest reactions and off-road adventures to accommodations, amenities, special events, Racing Clinic, Highland Cow Photoshoots, and behind-the-scenes experiences. Your work will support social media, advertising, website content, and ongoing brand storytelling.

Content You'll Capture

· Guests and authentic guest experiences throughout the park

· Off-road adventures, racing moments, and fast-moving outdoor action

· Accommodations, amenities, cabins, and property features

· Events, entertainment experiences, and promotional moments

· Racing Clinic and Highland Cow Photoshoot experiences

· Daily operations, attractions, and behind-the-scenes content

What You'll Do

· Capture high-quality video of guests, off-road adventures, amenities, events, and experiences throughout the park

· Capture photography of guests, accommodations, amenities, and promotional moments as needed

· Film using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and other production equipment

· Professionally interact with guests to direct, coordinate, and capture authentic moments while creating a positive guest experience

· Organize, label, and maintain photo and video assets in an organized file structure

· Review footage and prepare selects for the marketing and editing teams

· Assist with select guest experiences, including Racing Clinic and Highland Cow Photoshoots, by capturing professional media

· Coordinate with the marketing team on shot lists and creative priorities

· Travel throughout the property to capture daily operations, attractions, and guest experiences

· Maintain camera, drone, and production equipment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience shooting high-quality video with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems

· Strong understanding of camera movement, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

· Sports or action photography experience is a plus, especially capturing fast-moving vehicles or outdoor activities

· FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred but not required

· Excellent organization and file management skills

· Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence approaching and interacting with guests to capture natural and engaging content

· Experience filming content for social media is a plus

· Basic knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software is a plus

· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
