Site Manager

Locations: Beaumont Texas, Houston, Texas, Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Project-Based – Gulf Coast)
Schedule: Full-Time

Travel: Required

Position Summary

PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee industrial insulation, fireproofing, scaffolding, and coatings projects across the Gulf Coast region. This project-based role requires travel to customer sites as needed.

The Site Manager is responsible for leading field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and serving as the primary on-site liaison between customers and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive industrial construction experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of project execution in refinery, petrochemical, energy, and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations for insulation, scaffolding, fireproofing, and coatings projects.
Lead and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and site support teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to meet project schedules and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with all company, customer, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality to ensure work is completed according to specifications and contract requirements.
Conduct regular site meetings, safety meetings, and project status updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve operational issues, schedule impacts, and field challenges in a timely manner.
Review work scopes, project schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project performance.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, safety records, manpower tracking, and progress updates.
Foster strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
Support project managers with project planning, change management, cost control, and project closeout activities.
Promote PK Industrial's culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence at all project locations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of industrial construction or industrial services experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Experience managing insulation, scaffolding, fireproofing, coatings, or related industrial maintenance projects.
Strong understanding of industrial site operations, scheduling, workforce management, and project execution.
Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, power generation, LNG, or heavy industrial environments.
Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work scopes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Working knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and cost tracking.
Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to travel throughout the Gulf Coast region and work at project sites as required.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements.
