Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Architect major), Civil Engineering, Structural Engineer (Structure), URBAN DESIGN, Sustainability Studies, RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENTS AND DESIGN, etc.
3 years prior professional work experience is preferred.
OPT candidates are welcome. We provided H1B and Green Card Sponsorship
Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, & Outlook, (CAD, Autocad, Chief Architect, and Sketchup is a plus, but not required)
LEED AP and P.E certification a plus
Experience and Skills in Construction Takeoff a plus Benefits:
