Full Job Description

Full-Time | Remote | $75K–$90K

We’re looking for a performance-driven Ad Account Manager to join our team and help scale paid media campaigns for some of the most respected franchise brands in the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run high-performance campaigns across Google Ads + Meta Ads
Manage ad spend budgets
Own strategy + performance with full accountability (this is your sandbox)
Lead and develop Account Specialist(s) - manage tasks, coach performance, and drive results
Run proactive audits to keep accounts tight - accuracy, optimization, A/B testing, all of it
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team - they own the client relationships, you focus on making the campaigns win
Write and manage ad copy that’s clear, compelling, and performance-focused
Handle the tech side - onboarding setups, integrations, and reporting infrastructure
Grow into more - want more ownership, leadership, or responsibility? You’ll have that shot if you’re hungry.

What You Bring:

2-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
2-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads
2-5 Years of experience in Franchising
2-5 Years of experience managing a team of more than 5 people
Track record of managing $3M+ in paid media spend annually
Strong ownership mentality - you drive strategy and performance, not just tasks
