Full Job Description

Overview

The Production & Technical Support Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Production & Technical Support Team. This role assists with shipment coordination between customers and logistics vendors, maintains shipment and trailer chassis records, supports purchasing and inventory activities, and manages related documentation and expense reconciliation. The position contributes to the efficient execution of production-related administrative, logistics, and documentation processes while ensuring accuracy and timely support across daily operations.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Production & Technical Support Team
Coordinate shipment schedules with customers and logistics vendors, including, communicating shipment, delivery and pickup schedules, following up on schedule changes, delays and customer requests, and coordinating full and empty container / trailer movements.
Manage trailer chassis status including maintaining records of trailer chassis status, monitoring trailer chassis inspection schedules, confirming inspection schedules and chassis status with logistics vendors.
Manage shipment volume and related documentation including tracking daily, weekly and monthly shipment volumes, preparing and organizing shipment-related documents and maintaining accurate shipment records for internal tracking and audit support.
Support consumables purchasing and inventory management including monitoring inventory levels of production-related consumables and office supplies, supporting purchasing requests and order follow-up, and coordinating with the Quality Control Team for integrated purchasing activities.
Support expense reconciliation and document control including collecting and organizing invoices, receipts and supporting documents, verifying expense records against purchase requests, invoices and service records and maintaining records for tracking, payment follow-up and audit support.
Undertake general administrative duties including printing and verifying labels to be attached to production products, scanning, copying, filing and organizing documents as needed, maintaining production-related and logistics records, supporting internal communication with related departments, and assisting with other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working knowledge of general office procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Previous administrative, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or documentation experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, logistics vendors and internal teams.
Must be able to communicate in both Korean and English.
