As a Business Development Manager at EASE Logistics, you will generate leads, qualify prospects, and add new customers whose supply chain needs align with EASE’s value-added solutions. You’ll also maintain and grow existing relationships, acting as a trusted consultant and logistics expert, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities - Logistics Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prospect new business opportunities via phone, email, in-person visits, and events.
Add customers to the EASE portfolio whose supply chain needs match our core services.
Maintain constant communication with existing customers, developing long-term partnerships.
Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
Act as a liaison between customers and EASE Operations teams to ensure alignment.
Attend on-site customer meetings, conferences, and conventions to promote EASE Logistics.
Manage daily operations of smaller accounts that don’t meet minimum operational thresholds.
Track and update customer information and sales activities in CRM system.
Assist Accounting with billing and accounts receivable issues when needed.
Be available outside of typical business hours as needed to support accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Knowledge - Logistics Business Development Manager
