Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Brand Designer to elevate our brand identity through compelling visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for branding, digital art, and visual communication. The successful candidate will lead the development of brand assets across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and creative teams to craft engaging experiences that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

Lead the art direction for all branding initiatives, including logo design, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
Develop captivating motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing tools, and motion design principles.
Design compelling digital assets such as website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and presentation materials utilizing Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
Create engaging illustrations and digital art that enhance brand storytelling across various channels.
Manage layout design for print advertising campaigns, signage manufacturing projects, and product packaging.
Oversee color management and typography to ensure visual consistency aligned with brand standards.
Collaborate with web developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and other web technologies.
Produce photo manipulation and photo editing content to support marketing campaigns.
Present concepts clearly to stakeholders using InVision or similar prototyping tools while maintaining high production quality.
Stay informed about current design trends in UI/UX design, web design, motion graphics, and digital art to continuously refine brand visuals.

Experience

Proven experience as a Senior Brand Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects across digital and print media.
Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW.
Demonstrated expertise in logo design, visual identity development, motion graphics creation, and layout design.
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography principles, graphic design best practices, and sign manufacturing processes.
Experience in digital marketing environments with skills in content management systems (CMS), photo manipulation/editing tools.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
