Position Overview

The Real Estate Cooperative is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to elevate our brand and support the continued growth of our family of companies. This individual will play a critical role in designing professional marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and developing compelling content that attracts top real estate professionals, strategic partners, and industry leaders.

The ideal candidate is both a talented designer and strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in producing polished, impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all companies within our corporate umbrella.
Ensure all marketing materials reflect established brand standards and messaging.
Create and manage brand assets, style guides, and visual libraries.
Presentation & Pitch Deck Design

Develop and maintain professional presentation materials, including:

Joint Venture (JV) Partnership Decks
Sales Agent Recruiting Presentations
Title Company Partnership Decks
Executive Presentations
Investor and Strategic Partnership Presentations
Corporate Sales Presentations
Marketing & Sales Collateral

Design high-quality marketing materials that support business development and recruiting efforts, including:

Sales Flyers
Recruiting Campaigns
One-Pagers
Brochures
Digital Advertisements
Email Graphics
Event Materials
Conference Displays
Promotional Pieces
Print and Digital Marketing Assets
Co-Branded Marketing

Design customized marketing materials alongside strategic partners, including:

Real Estate Brokerages
Mortgage Companies
Builder Partners
Attorneys
Referral Partners
Joint Venture Partners
Internal Branding & Corporate Documentation

Design and maintain professionally branded internal documents for every company within the organization, including:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Employee Handbooks
Training Manuals
Corporate Policies
HR Documents
New Hire Materials
Internal Forms
Checklists
Company Announcements
Meeting Agendas
Presentation Templates
Apply the appropriate company branding and logos across all internal documentation.

Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute ongoing social media campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and recruit top industry talent.

Graphic Design & Creative Services

Produce professional creative assets including:

Presentation Graphics

Email Campaign Graphics

Template Development

Create and maintain a library of editable, professionally designed templates, including:

Social Media Templates
Proposal Templates
Letterhead
Email Signatures
Presentation Slides
Corporate Forms
Update and customize templates as new initiatives and business needs arise.

Project Management

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, operations, and business development teams.
Prioritize requests and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and version control.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and presentation design.
