About Lone Star Signing, LLC

Lone Star Signing, LLC is a premier nationwide signing service that partners with title

companies, lenders, and experienced mobile notaries to facilitate real estate closings. We

pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, accuracy, and dependable

communication throughout every transaction.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Full-Time Scheduler to join our remote

team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a mobile notary signing agent

and understands the time-sensitive nature of real estate closings.

This position serves as the primary point of contact between title companies, escrow

officers, and our nationwide network of notaries. Success in this role requires excellent

communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a

fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails from clients and notaries
Enter and manage new signing orders in the scheduling platform
Coordinate and assign qualified notaries for residential and commercial real estate closings
Maintain frequent communication with notaries to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling issues
Communicate professionally with escrow officers, title companies, lenders, and clients
Review completed scanbacks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission
Monitor order progress and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or delays
Maintain accurate records and update order statuses throughout the closing process
Provide exceptional customer service while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

Required: Extensive experience as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent
Thorough understanding of real estate closing documents and the signing process
Experience working with title companies and escrow officers
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and customer service
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify document issues
Comfortable learning and utilizing scheduling and order management software
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday through Friday
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on closing
schedules
