Subway Sandwich Artist

Summary: The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for maintaining customer service and preparing menu items and duties for the Subway location. This role reports directly to the Subway Store Manager

Essential Job Duties/Functions:

Results This role is responsible for providing experience excellence for the guest in the Subway location. The Subway Sandwich artist is responsible for taking care of the guest with their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service that exceeds the guest’s expectations.

Results This role is responsible for completing tasks delegated to them from the daily checklist and making sure each task is complete. The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for assigned cleaning tasks as well as maintaining a consistent positive presence for the guest.

Results This role is responsible for protecting guest information. Rewards, payment, and identification information are included in items that should remain secure.

Results The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for following all food safety and cleaning protocols.

Results This role is responsible for helping to foster culture in the store that services the guest above and beyond their expectations. The Subway Sandwich Artist will make every effort to resolve any issues that the customer may encounter.

Results This role is also responsible for maintaining consistent attendance. Advanced communication with their supervisor will be essential if they need to be absent from work during their scheduled time for reasons that are unavoidable.

Results This role is responsible for executing on Subway brand standards communicated by the President and Vice President of the Travel Centers and C-Stores.

Results The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for helping to communicate and educate the Subway brand standards to the team and supporting a cohesive culture promoting and adhering to these standards.

Results This role is responsible for upholding the company dress code. Maintaining proper grooming and daily hygiene is expected.

Minimum Qualifications:
Able to work all sytems correctly and efficiently.
Ability to read, write, and perform math skills.
Must possess a positive, enthusiastice attitude.
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Must be well groomed and properly attired.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed as needed.
Must have reliable transportation and phone.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
Able and willing to work cooperatively with all other team members. Physical Requirements:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time, frequently walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
